My husband and I visited this area. We were never there before. We went to this area looking for a house and stayed here. Debbie was the one that helped this. She was very nice and nactually came to the room and talk with me for a little bit because we were chatting in the lobby .the next morning when we got up she was outside and said Goodbye and she was with the handyman who was also nice. Very good experience would definitely go back.
Big beautiful room, clean, mini refrigerator. Microwave, great staff, very reasonable price, comfortable beds, vending machines and ice machine Great service. Definitely will stay here again
Stopped thru on an overlanding excursion needing a one night break from camping in the rain. Not much to pick from in Stearns and after an issue at the other one, we ended up here. Freshly remodeled room, comfortable bed, ice maker worked, didn't need much else. Would stay here again.
The hotel has got a lot better with the new owners. The rooms are clean love the updated rooms would of been nice to have a microwave in our room. The king size bed are new but not to our liking they are to hard. That's why we rated it a 4. Great place to stay when visiting.
The motel is being renovated and the results are amazing. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed.The tile floors are a happy change from the carpets in most motels as they are sparkling clean and fresh. Management is helpful and welcoming. Amar Singh, manager, helped look up, on my laptop, the location of my family's cemetery here in Sterns. A young lady named Amanda, at the front desk, was charming and sweet. When the hotel's new water heater was installed, but not yet functional, she went room to room apprising the guests of a delay in the connection of hot water and again went room to room to ask each guest if they were now receiving hot water in their rooms when the connection was completed. I will certainly stay here again when I return to Sterns, Kentucky.
I stayed there on May 4th checked out May 5th The motel has greatly greatly improved from my childhood days and young adult days. It is a beautiful beautiful room I had a king size room The staff is a lovely!! Even after my daughter spills cereal all over the lobby! they're kind courteous lovely people definitely if you're going to be in the Stearns area and need somewhere to stay overnight highly recommend it! I will definitely be staying here again can't wait for the pool to be open! this is my hometown and this is definitely the only motel worth staying in! Thank you for bringing something good back to my childhood!
Newly renovated , huge rooms with all updated appliances, the staff and owner are very accommodating, this location was VERY convenient for my situation. Everyone is very friendly. I can’t say enough how nice the stay was with Redd and Alisha. Thank you guys!
Had a couple issues with room, but Red (front desk) took care of it immediately and gave us another room. Highly recommend and will be staying again in the future.
